This patient had previous dental work (performed in Russia) that was showing extreme conditions of wear and overall failure. Cavities (caries) and uncontrolled infection accelerated the failure process. A full makeover was performed which included eliminating the decayed tissue, getting the infection under control and eliminated, new porcelain crowns and bridgework. The patient reported feeling 20 years younger.
